TCI BPO joins hands with PL Engineering, forms PLE-TCI Engineering
 
Date: TCI BPO, market leaders in Business Process Outsourcing, today signed a joint venture with PL Engineering, a Punj Lloyd company, to offer the best of engineering and outsourcing industry. The joint venture was facilitated through TCI KPO, a fully owned subsidiary of TCI BPO.
 
This association syndicates TCI’s knowledge in outsourcing projects and PL Engineering’s capability and experience in complex engineering projects, especially in oil & gas, infrastructure, energy and petrochemicals segment.
 
Commenting on this momentous occasion, Ewaldo Del Valle, CEO of PLE-TCI Engineering, said, "Training of labor and supporting the domestics market is a major impetus for us. We will invest in building up the skill set in the domestic workforce and will create a distinct Brazilian company, fully structured to assist regional and overseas operations”.
 
The use of technical know-how, intellectual property and software docked in the company will assist training and development of local workforce in Brazil. The taskforce with enhanced skill set will support the growth of international operations and already existing EPC businesses in other countries.

The intensive exchange of knowledge between the two countries through the presence of our Indian engineers training here in Brazil and our Brazilian engineers at the base, operational in India, will further fillip the skills set”, added Mr. Valle.
 
With this maiden KPO project in Brazil, PLE-TCI Engineering has marked its entry in Latin America to provide services for outsourcing of engineering. The company will work with an office in Brazil and India each, building a platform for exchange of knowledge and transactions between the two countries working in a fully integrated manner.
